I'm not moving from my Hanson Lake campsite today. I plan to bushwack my way thru two lakes to Fish Lake. There are no portages marked on my maps. I need to be careful. Getting hurt and immobilized, waiting for potential help that would be days coming.....would not be good. I need moments, days like this to wring the predictability out of this trip.

Small, quiet lakes are the best. Such a pretty day. Doesn't get much better than that. Subscribed and looking forward to watching more days from your solo when I get the time.
