I was using UniServer Zero and this is how I fixed it: Go to MySQL drop down menu > Click Restore default password (root) > Wait for the confirmation message to appear > Restart MySQL

sir why we write this line in the my.ini file ( i don't get it's login ) and due to this line my data was inserting into the mysql.database.
