Realizing that the tithe tray in the church exists. I had nearly beaten the silk cradle before I realized your followers give you money every time you do a sermon, I had like two hundred something gold waiting for me that I never collected

There is another trick with eating food, I found that when eating minced follower meals that I get two diseased hearts, rather than just one blue heart

Tip 22: place tons of altars. The game basically plays itself. Cult members will frequently leave tons of really useful and sometimes rare items. It’s so useful that I’m going to attempt a challenge run where thats my only source of loot.

I was able to get a necklace back from a dead follower by exhuming their body (do this at night when everyone else is asleep so you don't freak them out) and there was an option to loot their body.

Hey there! Happy to meet another demonic fan. I have some pointers to add:

* You can still get lobsters without the Fish Bounty, just rare. Other than fishing, you can get them in combat with the Tarot card or a room that converts gold chest drops into food

* Good tip on the no damage runs, but I wouldn’t stress over it early on. New players should learn enemy attacks patterns and get some demons and higher level weapons and curses before consistently attempting no damage runs.

* For players that don’t care to go in blind, you can farm Divine Inspirations just before doing your first Sermon. Have all three Critters pray and tape down the meditation button. You can even unlock Tier 3 or stop before your faith drops too low (you will be hit with a dissenter when the game “starts” after the sermon)

* I noticed today that Hesob (spider) sometimes adds decriptors to his offerings. I noticed a “Faithful” Hannah today, and sure enough when I indoct’d her she had the 15% divinity boost. So always check more than the price!

* Sacrifices award money once you max out that tree

* Use “Sweeping” curses charged up to easily destroy things for farming materials

That confession booth tip is actually really really bad. That's a one time use item per day, and you SHOULD be using that to get a super high leveled follower! I have a white bunny follower who is like level 48 or something, and just happens to be a bomb type demon. I ONE-SHOT BOSSES WITH IT! You can instead use the prison to bring a follower to you, and it takes equal if not less time for the animations to play. And if you have the original sinner doctrine, you'll only lose 2 faith.

Mistake number 22: not having enrichment ritual. It will give you mountains of money. Trust me.

2:07 - also know as quit&continue (aka savescum), i used that to reroll the hammers and that's it, you retain the extra hp and the summoned demon upon entering the game again

At 3:44 there is a blue snake-like follower that's praying at the shrine/totem where you get divine inspiration. Which one is that?

How funny, for me i couldn’t find the octopus. But i kept getting lobsters and crabs. I eventually got the octopus though on the next in game day. I didnt even know there was a fishing tarot card

There is a setting in the main menu where you can stop time while you're on crusades btw.

Ironically the only fish I'm missing is the crab, cannot catch it at all for some reason and Im at day 23. My girlfriend on the other hand can catch crab and salmon but no other fish types will drol for her. Been looking for a little help on the fishing, is it just random chance?

I got all the fishes without the ritual but with it it probably takes less time.
