2024 Elections | Concourt to deliver judgment on Electoral Amendment Act challenge

The Constitutional Court will deliver judgment on the legal challenge to parts of the Electoral Amendment Act today. The Apex court heard arguments from the Independent Candidates Association of South Africa, One SA Movement and the Rivonia Circle.
The judgment comes just months ahead of the looming 2024 general elections.
