I just got my 2.0 controller box installed and so far it’s great. On the 2.0 version you can do a water now for all stations using the scheduled time or adjust the time directly from the app.

I think some people like me would of liked to see what options there are to program this manualy at the box, in case there is an internet or cellular problem, manual programing modes?

Thank you. Without knowing that the phone wifi settings must be changed to the RainBird network, it is impossible to program this system. Why would the manufacturer leave that critical step out of the procedure? Baffling.

Do all of these units that have Wi-Fi require an external AC power source? I just bought a Wi-Fi unit and it came with a power cube, but unfortunately, my timer is nowhere near an AC socket, and if it requires external power, other than the 24 V coming up from the manifold I guess I can't use it. Any thoughts?

Adam can you have this system installed in another state by contractor, and still download the app on my phone, so I can control after the install. Having system installed in Florida, and need to control it from Michigan? Thanks

I recieved a $550 bill from the city forMy winter home. I find that one of the switches stuck open.
57000 gallons the city claims in 28 days.
Is there and system that would " governor the usage gallons or back up valve?

Hello! I have the ST8i. Newly installed. I’m having an issue with setting up different run times for a zone. For example: zone 1 runs at 4 am for 45 min and then run that same zone again at 12:30 for 15 min. I have new st Augustine grass and I don’t want to kill it the first 2 weeks. Do you have any insight on how to set this up?

Some sprinklers need a pump to get going (the "M" terminal)? What kind of sprinkler systems don't need a pump. I live in Florida and everyone I know with sprinkler system has a pump. The pump pumps the water from the well out the sprinkler heads.

I need to replace my current sprinkler system. The sprinkler system that I currently have is a Weathermatic sprinkler system. I has up to 16-station connection. My lawn uses 14-station. I am unable to find any Rainbird sprinker system that can handle 14-station. The most I have seen is 12-station evan for any sprinkler system. Can I use a 12-station sprinkler system on a 14-station lawn? Can I use station 13 & 14 and plug it to the station 11 & 12?
