I really don't understand how cassey can do this all without stopping and have a conversation as well because I stopped a few times and just listened her and ab days are my least favourite because I'm so weak :')

I used grapefruit as a weight and on 8 min stopped video for a little rest but insted of this i just insensibly ate it. I`m :D

Day 16 of the beginners calendar! I know, I'm a little late 😝😝 I was actually a tad excited to see hollow rock (I know. I'm a bit crazy) but I remember feeling the burn last time and it felt so good! ..and then I got to that part of the video and I barely got to do any cause I was so. Burned. Out. And. Tired. By the time I got there but yay for getting through it!

I did this yesterday for the first time and thought ' that wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.'
