Best places to buy in Wales | The most profitable Welsh places to invest your money

My thoughts on the best places to buy property in South Wales based on capital growth and overall potential.

There are a couple of notable absences such as places in RCT and Blaenau Gwent which both present cheap proeprties with decent rental potential but factoring in overall investment appeal I decided to leave them out of the Big Four.

It certainly does! Thanks a lot! Keep up the content, there is a lack of info on Wales so hopefully you can promote it. Liverpool and the north of England get a lot of promotion because of high yields but I think there is potential in Wales and it’s much closer to get to the south of Wales near Bristol for a Londoner than it is to get to Liverpool.

Hi mate,
You mentioned Monmouthshire at the start but didn't include Caldicot. Do you see Caldicot being a good investment too, to live and easily sell in the future, being so close to Bristol and having the large Secondary school? I feel like Caldicot gets forgotten a lot as a town in comparison to the likes of Chepstow.
