LCS and major bullion companies are the best to me, definitely not from private parties for gold or large amount of silver- safety reasons

When I bought from SD Bullion, they shipped regular USPS with no signature required for an order worth several thousand dollars. Ever since I dodged that bullet (not having someone steal it from my mailbox), I've used JM Bullion because they use UPS with signature required.

I'm definately going to invest into a proper detector before buying anything private, if it's fake, then paying a bit more for the real deal at your local dealer is a much better investment.

When I buy gold and silver online I'm worried about "porch pirates" who may possibly get to my gold before I do. I have a mail slot in my front door but the PM's sometimes do not fit in it depending on how it is packaged. For that reason I have been getting my PM's at the local shops.

If silver and gold are things that you think will 'protect' you from financial distress now or in the future, you are underestimating the enormous strength of those who can drive metals extremely low very fast when it suits them. I dealt with it in the '80s when trading silver, gold, and platinum. Charts always looked good then very suspicious movements would take place. I lowered my orders to 1 contract and/or spreads, then I just quit because the profit wasn't enough for me. It has not changed, only gotten tremendously worse. Thank you for reporting on bullion sources. Given this video is 2 years old, would your list remain or change? I live in Thailand; I was in the US for 2 months in 2020 and attempted to purchase 10 Eagles from one of the sources you mentioned. They didn’t have the coins in stock, couldn’t guarantee delivery in the 2 month period and wouldn’t or couldn’t lock in the price. Any comments or suggestions?
