Ep. 42 - In this 3 part series we walk you through our Fitting Approach to help you understand not only why we do what we do, but to also help you understand how we're able to help our customers transform their game through our knowledge and understanding of the golf clubs themselves. So if you were ever curious on how or why a club fitter might use this head over another or what they are trying to achieve then this is great one to watch especially if you happen to be in the market for some new wedges.

Video Release Schedule:
Right now we are following a twice a month release schedule as we are currently working on a couple of big projects here at the Golfshop, and our goal to ramp backup will resume to weekly releases, and perhaps twice a week once they have been completed.

More About Us: We've been building and fitting clubs for the better part of 13 years, and what once started out in the basement of our house has now turned into a Professional Club Fitting business that rivals the likes of some of the more notable ranked Club Fitting Companies out there like: Club Champion, Cool Clubs, TrueSpec, and TXG to just name a few.

Current Fitting Matrix: Callaway, Cobra, Cleveland, Mizuno, Miura, Ping, PXG, Srixon, Taylormade, and Titleist.

Questions: We respond to every question within 24 hours, so if you have any questions about todays video then just leave your comments in the remarks.

Best 3 part wedges data to date. You nailed it once again. Really enjoying your style of teaching. I definitely love the fact that we don’t see the player, just the flight & stats.
Sending all 3 to my buddy who really needs help with his wedges.
Keep up the great content. 🙏🏽

Several questions. 1) your thoughts on getting fitted for wedges indoors vs outdoors, for example, different grass conditions and bunker shots? 2) more explanation on how you decide on type of grind would be appreciated, 3) do you use stock shafts or reasons if you use a different shaft, 4) forged vs. steel faces in wedges, and 5) have you tested boutique company wedges such as Edel, Sub 70, Bettinardi, etc? Thanks for your great videos.

Great series on the wedge fitting process.
I am planning a change of my wedges for the start of the 2022 season, and am moving away from 52/58 too add another wedge in, thinking of going down the 50-54-58 route, to help narrow the distance gap to my PW (47 deg). I am now curious about trying lower bounce in the 50/52 to see how that affects distance, as thats where I lose out massively.

Great channel! Any feedback you’re getting for the new Srixon ZX4’s and JPX921’s? In market for game improvements. Thanks

What are your thoughts on fitting for wedges before fitting for irons if you've never been fit for either? Arccos data suggests wedges are a particular weak spot.

Is there much of a difference between hitting from a mat vs the actual outdoor conditions, especially considering bounce?
