yeah, digital currency is nice when you're living in the big city, but they've had it long before crypto, remember the credit / debit card? One thing you can't do with crypto currency is pay for anything if there is a black out. Fire will always be hot and gold will always be gold. Some things you will never replace with tech. This idea of a carbon neutral footprint is negligible. There isn't anything going wrong with the global climate - the political climate yes - but not the weather. The idea of a crypto currency is a trap and a farce to trap you. When the power goes out where you live and there's no internet access, how are you going to buy anything with crypto? You won't.
