My 2015 Hyundai sonata se doesnt have a check engine light on but when I come to a complete stop with my foot on brake my idle drops to almost 500 rpm and car hesitates, But when I take my foot off the break, the car hesitates again and goes back up to regular idle before I push on the throttle. Can this be a MAP sensor problem?

So my battery died and I got a jump and now the engine light came on.. got it scanned and it is saying I need to replace the MAP sensor. Can a bad battery cause such a thing?
