For all the people who say that this isn't canon because it's a filler arc, I'd like to point out that Raiga's name is brought back up in Boruto when his daughter fought against Sarada using the same lightning swords, and since that arc is considered to be canon that means that this arc and this fight between Tenten and Raiga is canon.
