Hey guys, if you don't have some measurement in um in your picture, you won't be able to do it (you have nothing to compare against). You have to add a scale in um first. You should have it (or be able to get it) from the previous program you used to take the image. And if the picture was given to you, it should have a scale somewhere, or you should ask for it. Once you do that, you can follow this explanation, which by the way, was really good. Thank you!

If you look at the image properties, It seems Fiji can display the correct scale by itself. So I am confused why you are not simply using that. Is there something that I am missing? is it related to the version you used in 2017? Thanks

How to put place "um" on the scale bar, rather placing below the line. Because in my all other images letters "um" are below the scalebar
