How to flash TWRP custom recovery on Prestigio Wize O3 PSP3458DUO

In this video I'll be teaching you how to flash custom recovery which is TWRP. The tools you'll need are:

I had problems with the first tool that you'll see in the video like when I typed "adb devices" I had an empty list so I used the third tool and everything was OK. To skip me trying to fix the problem when you'll see when I enter "adb devices" the first time skip to 6:08 and then follow along the video.
