I just had a cup in a half of nonfat Greek yogurt with two tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter, cinnamon and a little honey. It pretty good.

Good suggestions

my favs are:
Oikos triple zero: 17G protein for 100cals
Beef jerky: 27g protein for 210cals
And I like other protein bars that have better ratios like quest which has 20G protein for 200cals

Fitcrunch - and fitcrunch is probably the best tasting protein bar I've ever had, and that one is 16G for 190cals

I am slowly losing inches but I can lose faster if I go " cold turkey" on the junk. I am losing inches in my waist. My stomach is shrinking back and my pants are getting loose. It's about the food intake for me. I see that it's the same for you too. You don't have to cook to lose. I agree with that! Salads, fruit, raw veggies. Oatmeal, applesauce and other healthy snacks. Canned fruit and veggies. Smoothies, rotisserie chicken, said!

To be clear: if you're not lifting weights, calories are calories. Going low carb does not do much to help besides keep your blood sugar and insulin (and hunger) in check. Protein that is not used by the body DOES get turned to fat all the same. The only way to lose weight is to eat less than you burn

You’d probably be fuller picking up a pack of pre-cooked grilled chicken strips and combining it with some Greek yogurt or a protein shake. That’ll give you hella protein.

Yogurt, protein shake, protein bar, beef jerky. I see no way to make a lunch with these 😅 grab a pack of precooked chicken strips and rice.
