Most vehicles can handle additional boost. I imagine BMW doesn't use forged internals however I'm sure a little google will result in an answer. Not many companies use Forged Internals stock anyway.
With a good tune, you can run boost in any number of vehicles, but of course there is a ceiling. Some vehicles can run 8lbs with a good tune, some run 20lbs.
I would say that this vehicle has a fairly high compression ratio so that factors in as well.
However, I know nothing of this BMW.

480 wheel horsepower is a lot. 91oct with a outside temp of 100f... Run the car on 93oct and 65f temps an you will see another 20hp. Just for comparison on our dyno... A stock 997TT does 380awhp, a stock 996tt does 340awhp. Your focused on a number which can be skewed and manipulated. The car before the SC was about 320rwhp. This think gained over 150hp to the tires!!!!

i don't disagree with that..but coming down to ESS or VF which in your professional opinion would be the better buy..not by price but by hp, reliablity and warrenty all factored in..i would say G-power but i heard they have been blowing motors and active auto werks and another company i considered are are not as used as i'd like..if alot of ppl use the company then they obviously are good but i rather have the best..
