Based on how you described it I did like how everything even the bad stuff came together. Using elements from all over the arc to beat him in the end like the Vandal Savage meteorite stuff and the Failsafe protocol’s original function. That stuff sounded cool at the very least

Agree with you, Joel. While this was a nice conclusion to the Zur/Failsafe story, it feels abrupt and too sudden, almost as if to make way for another big, universe-sweeping event (wink, wink, "ABSOLUTE POWER"). Also, like you said, the ending of this arc, if you can call it that, fell a little flat

I enjoyed the conclusion but I think they took a little too long after the red mask arc to deal with Zur.

Joel, do you have a favoric comic character? I liked Spider Man as a teen and still do. Gambit was a childhood favorite because of the cartoon. But, I don't really check for Gambit because his presence is hit or miss in the comics. Bat Girl was a childhood favorite because of the classic t.v. show and the comics.
