You should not be recommending people turn on Fidelity effects let alone putting it on performance mode well yes it will get you more FPS the visual sacrifice of being able to actually see players is not worth it lowering your resolution is a much better option

I DID LITERALLY EVERYTHING IN THIS VIDEO, LITERALLY EVERY STEP AND IT DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING I STILL STUTTER

This video doesn't address the CS2 stuttering issue, for example I was running CSGO at +250fps and after updating to CS2 my fps dropped to under a 100 in death match and the performance is much much worse.
So doing all these steps won't help since the original game was already running smooth and all other games are still performing well.

mean this game makes my hole PC FREEZE sometimes for 10 sec like Complete frozen and i just bought it 2 months ago 16 Gb ram RTX 4060 Intel i 7 12650H Not having any problem or laggs or anything in any other game on ultra settings but CS2 just sometime makes the HOLE PC FREEZE for 10-15 sec wtf is this game total trash mean
