The way the setup at the end works is that the Thwomp hits the switch to drop the launcher. Then, a 1 up drops onto a note block that boops the mole down. The mole will then go to either the left or the right to drop the correct launchers. The rest of the contraption is clever sprite saves by letting fire flowers boop more launchers and the clouds are there to reuse the mole for booping the spring down so that you can enter the door. 37:27
