This is one of the first songs my son learned on his guitar. He played by ear. He had a wonderful gift. Any instrument he could play. I lost him to a car accident in 2014. Today he would be 24 yrs old. He played this song for me all the time.

My dad passed back in 2012 and he was a huge ozzy fan he died wearing a black rain shirt😭 he had ozzy seat covers for his Cadillac and all of his cds. When I hear ozzy I feel my dad’s presence so I listen everyday so I know my daddy is with me 24/7

RIP Nancy Edna Hayday. You adopted me, and made me your son, opening your home to me when I needed one most. I miss you

Hi Kids, I’m a 71 year old rocker and are here to tell you, I have personally stood right in front of Ozzy snd experienced his vocals live - and I’m here to tell you there are only a hand full of incredible singing voices like Ozzys!
But I also believe he never gets enough credit to how amazing of an artist he really is.
Love you Oz.
Keep the songs comin’

I played this song for my dying Dad while he was in hospice, and continued to play it for months after he died. Balm for my soul. Love you, Dad. Come get me when it’s my time. 🙏🏻❤️

One of my close Army buddies died in Iraq from an ied. He held on until one of his friends said “Don’t worry about your mother. We’ll take care of her.” After that. He passed. Every time I hear this song. I think of my friend.

I lost my father back in 2002. It was one of the hardest things Ive ever experienced growing up as a child. I’ll never forget my mother’s expression. My sister’s screams, and the overall sadness I’ve experienced. I’m 29 years old now, with a good job, dating, and all that. I still have these feelings…I miss you so much dad.

Growing up as a kid, I heard this song often and liked it but never truly understood why. Now, as a 25 year old who is making amends with my mom "one day at a time" for years of heartache I caused her and a multitude of mistakes I made, this song has taken on a new and beautiful meaning for me. Now I know what song I'll have playing when I pick her up for lunch tomorrow.
Thank you Ozzy 🤟

This was the first song I heard on the radio when I came home from Afghanistan as I drove home. To me it carries a totally different meaning.

I will never forget when my son called home and he started singing this song. I started crying right then. He hadn't been home for over four years at the time.

I lost my beautiful son Adam just after he turned 24 in 2021. I heard this song the day of his funeral and knew he was talking to me through it. I heard it again today on my birthday, I know it was him saying hi and happy birthday to me❤

3 months before my dad passed he asked me to make sure this was the one and only song that was played at his services so it indeed was ! Now every time I hear it I think of him 💜

This song is why Sharon is still with him. Ozzy got sober, and wrote this beautiful masterpiece for her. Long live the Ozman! A true legend!
