Insta360 X4 vs GoPro Hero 12!

Comparing the Insta360 X4 vs the GoPro Hero 12! The X4 not only shoots in 360 but it can shoot just like the GoPro. Plus you can switch lenses to the front/back so you wouldn’t need to turn the camera around to film yourself. Also, putting it down on a table gets a better elevated shot. On the GoPro, you will see more of the table/surface.

Insta has nailed the software for the most part (let's see colour grading in Studio!). GoPro app was always unusable for me.

I still have a GoPro 7 I need an upgrade. I don’t know now how GoPro doing. I still have 7 because it’s durable. It fell so many times even when I’m riding a motorbike, got water even salty water and still works. I think you buy a GoPro because of the durability. Insta for 360 cam. Dj for high quality.

Insta is great but you still have to pay for diamonds to use the filters but you rarely use them anyway so

GoPro is becoming the Nokia of point-and-shoot cameras. Literally just sat in its laurels and failed to innovate as time passed. I really can't justify buying the Hero 12 given the versatility and price point advantages of the X4 and it's a really fun action cam that I don't really need to be an expert to use its features.
