What i do is an x2 rotation then "R U2 R' U' R U2 L' U R' U' L".

I found this slowing my times so i found a solution on my own - R' (T perm without the first move) R2

After an x2 move i dont do a j perm but a t perm 😂

T perm with R' instead of R at the beginning and a R2 at the end is what I do and I recommend it
