Meal 1: 6 egg yolks 2 full eggs with 1/2 a cup oatmeal with mixed nuts and 3oz chicken breast. Meal 2: An apple and 1/4 cup of mixed nuts. Meal 3: A banana with a protein shake. Meal 4: Chicken Tacos with shredded lettuce (use pittas rather than tortillas). Meal 5: Another banana and protein shake. Meal 6: One Chicken breast with 1 cup of mixed vegetables with 2 cups of cooked brown rice.

Try cutting chicken into smaller pieces marinading in franks red hot sauce, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning. Also cooking on low heat and brown when it’s almost cooked in the inside to avoid dry chicken breast

I work at a 5 star restaurant with top notch chefs and what I do for my chicken breasts is, a little bit of olive oil both sides, 1 pinch garlic salt, 1 pinch salt and pepper, 1 pinch paprika both side rub in. Or olive oil both sides, salt and pepper, chili powder, ground cumin, (optional) white pepper both side rub in.

You could try marinating a whole chicken breast with garlic powder, black pepper, tumeric, and oregano, also add cayenne/crushed red pepper for heat, the night before. When you're ready to cook the chicken you can add salt to bring out the flavor. Whether you est it by itself or cut it up and add it to a pasta it should smell and taste great!

Everyone always says how filling oatmeal is, but I find myself quite hungry like an hour after eating a bowl. Maybe I need a bigger bowl.

Marinate your chicken in salad dressing! I usually use Italian or zesty Italian with a few dashed of coconut aminos (soy sauce works too). Helps make it tender and juicy! When its marinated i just use garlic salt and pepper, maybe some lemon. If its not marinated I use those + paprika, ground red pepper season salt and Monteal Steak seasoning!

There are 3 main chicken spice recipes I like to use when I make chicken breasts more than once in a row :).

My personal favorite is chicken breast seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic onion and parsley. It gives it a savory flavor without the heavy feel when you don't add the butter.

Another good one to have if you want a little more of a spicy chicken breast is, onion powder, salt and pepper with cayenne pepper and just a bit of chili pepper. This kind of spice mixture is good for mixing chicken in with rice or with beans for a chicken chili.

Another one if you want a different flavor is salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, however much of cayenne pepper for some spice, onion powder and a bit of water to allow the flavors to simmer together. This is a mixture for some decent chicken taco meat.

Another one that is decent just not my favorite is, lemon pepper chicken. With this you add lemon pepper, salt and some parsley or chive to the chicken.



A good side I like to make that has healthy fats in it is a kale side salad. It is kale leaves, olive oil, salt, onion powder and garlic powder. It can just be a nice way to dress up kale with out adding a lot of saturated fat or having bland leaves.



I hope this helps anyone with some chicken recipes, remember that the taste should be to your liking and to play around with how much of a spice you want to add. If you need to go for a low sodium option try adding minimal to no salt. This can make the flavor pop less but is a great idea for heart health and those who need a reduced sodium intake. Just because you are on a diet doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy what you are eating.

For the chicken, put it in the oven, wrap it in foil and add you favorite seasoning. 350 for 25 mins or until its cooked More juicey!!
Or and if you on a cheat day samething just add to teaspoons of butter, and chop up some onions and add it in the foil with the chicken and if you want double the seasoning amount, also find a type of herb that you like and add it, mix things up until you get something that makes you say GAINS

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary, oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika. A few spices modestly sprinkled on your chicken or other foods will make a huge difference in the boredom area.
