F16 - Rare opportunities bring mild panic #dcs #shorts

In an F16 on Growling Sidewinder' Open Conflict Server I managed to sneak behind a distracted tomcat. I imagine he was distracted with jester or learning his way. I struggled worried that I'd overshoot but I managed to make it work.

I have all the flight sims. MSFS 2020, X-Plane 11, Prepared3D and DCS. These days I only fly DCS. It's just superior. And it's about combat. Being able to fly over your house in MSFS 2020 in a helo is cool, but once you get a taste of combat, even in a simulator, there's nothing like it. It will get your heart pumping, your blood flowing, your adrenalin cooking. Like this video shows. Tangle with an Su27 in air-to-air combat for 5 minutes and you feel like you ran down to the corner and back at full speed. When his Fox 2 hits your flares 50 feet away and you live to return fire...nothing more satisfying. And no, I am not comparing it to real combat. Not by any stretch. But you can't have more fun sitting in your chair in front of a screen

Until it hits the ground it’s still a threat. Was hit with guns in my F-5 and he turned away thinking I was dead. I managed to get a 9p off and drop the uno reverse card.
