People love this dish. Baked eggs are both comforting and sophisticated. The eggs come out looking beautiful in their individual ramekins and are easy to serve.
Heat at 175.Melt the butter and dip it into flame proof ramekin. Line the sides of the ramekins with a layer of bacon rashers. Break the eggs into ramekins but it should be seen that yolk is safe and not broken. First season eggs and then add the add the firely chopped vegetables and heavy cream. Bake the eggs at 350 foreign heat until they are baked well.
When done, the whites should be completely set and the yolks beginning to thicken but not hard. Remember the eggs will continue to cook after being removed from the oven.
