I guess they will add a Built-In Thermistor (which detects heat) so it can sense the temperature when u r in the room or not

I would like to see more on this! I use this in my bedroom for a set of Govee lights I have set up, but I had issues with getting them to turn off. It felt like the ultrasonic features were spotty at best.

Can the Dot let me know if somebody walks into my room if I have my headphones on so I am not caught off guard? Also, I am going to be replacing my Pop with the Dot. Is it just a matter of plugging it in if it's already connected to my Alexa/Amazon accounts? It should just adopt the settings I guess?

Theres a bug with motion detection right now where it plays an ear piercing white noise sound at top volume. I had to disable mine recently once i found out the motion detector was causing it.

I thought about using this with my echo, but I realized there’s never anything I want to turn on every single time I’m there, so I just left it to voice commands. But maybe I’m not creative enough. I’m curious to see what you did
