I do really like the $25 one. The 3d cape pops. It's the one I would be most likely to pick up and purchase.

I agree, the last one was the best. It would grab my attention immediately

I like number 4. Not boring at all. It's crisp, elegant, and gets across the message of being disciplined quite well.

I agree. The $50 one is the best. The attention to detail is amazing!...font selection, color choice and gradation, composition. Best by far!

OlivaProCreative and Nskvsky did a superb job. GermanCreative did a good job in colour contrast choice. This is a cool video idea. Keep em coming.

I hate the idea of designers working for this cheap. Like those 5 dollar designers are clearly skilled and all of these work was worth vastly more money.

I know I am late here, but the $25 cover was easily my favorite. It looks more clean and professional than the rest. I loved the look of the cape. It looked like it had life.

As someone who's always wanted to embrace my artistic side and has a love for book covers myself, I'm really interested in going into freelance illustration and book design myself.

I know it's Fiverr and so more on the informal side, but is this really the level of instruction that designers would get for a project from an author or publisher? Are designers ever expected to know more deeply about that book's subject matter (say, for when the book is not a well-known work of literature and so whose theme/plot is not already know ahead of time)?

I think the 2nd is my favorite. Agree with your revisions though.

Interesting! I too thought the last was the best, however I do only really see a bird with a beak and the orange slashes. Which is fine, just I don’t see the brain part. Funny how we see things differently. Just thought I’d say so you know another viewpoint.

The First one (orange and blue) is my favorite. It stands out and the $25 one was really good I would just take out the red stripe at the bottom.

The concept in the second one is very easy to understand in the first few seconds and looks better than the 50$ one in the small thumbnail. However, I would have only changed the fonts. Nice video!

What was more interesting was hearing your opinion on each cover

Great video, but I wish you'd shown us all the covers then asked us to guess which one had cost what!

Super fascinating video! Do you outsource covers for low content books or make them yourself? And for pricing, did they tell you their price, or did you make multiple job postings with different price offers?
