This Con. woman Tanner really has no idea! We are talking about increasing the tax on people with an annual income of more than £10 million and then only by 1 or 2%! Giving tax breaks to the highly wealthy was supposed to lead to ‘trickle down economics’ according to Reagan! We’re still waiting for the trickle down to occur!
A lot of really rich
business people may leave the UK but they will still have their businesses in the UK and should be liable to be taxed at source!
It is the rich who have most of their savings in bank accounts (passive income) who would transfer their money abroad! These type people would not help to grow the UK economy - I don’t think? So let them move!

Waste of time. Resolved no issues per normal. Just more avoiding responsibility and shifting blame. Consumer confidence in the economy and politics is at an all time low. Do politicians just take the cash and think its a normal job?
