a bit india post payments bank don't provide FD and also in the logo it was India Post (in short Post Office) logo which was used instead of And India Post surely provide FD with better interest rate.

Kotak Mahindra Giving better interest rates i guess
180 days = 7% (simple interest)
1year 25 days = 7.40% (simple) ≈ 8.13% (compound)
