9/10, yummy, i made this for my breakfast today. Just warning, the brownie is not that hot, but the chocolate on top is. So beware to not accidentally burn your tongue. Also i only ate 2/3 of it, so it's a bit too much for me, lol.

Also, here's the recipe if it's too fast for you:
1 tbsp (table spoon) salted butter
4 squares (25g) dark chocolate
Microwave on medium in 20 sec bursts
Stir until melted (mixed)

2 tbsp granulated sugar (powder sugar also works, i did it with the powder one)
1 tbsp milk
3 tbsp plain flour - heat-treated (basically microwaved)
Mix until combined

1 tbsp chocolate chips or 1/4's of a normal chocolate square
Fold these in
Add more choc chips

Microwave for 30 secs (500 W)
Check if everything's ok
Microwave for 20-30 secs (500 W also)

Eat after about 3 mins to not burn yourself, of course
