"I'd rather for them to be happy than to lose their jobs"

I think I'm gonna cry. The way he said that melted my heart.

Love that pooh didn't judge him for it, he just gave him tissues to help comfort him

Honey rhymes with money

I think this is deep social commentary about corporations going downhill until they allow underpaid employees to have more ‘honey’

I'm proud of Pooh. He had no business experience and yet he'd transformed that small grocery store into an international corporation that makes billions without laying off people.

The fact that this ACTUALLY ended on a positive note is the most unexpected and yet character-accurate development that could’ve happened. Bravo, Mr. Goobus

As a lifelong winnie the pooh fan, I love to finally see a winnie the pooh parody that isn't the same dumb stupid uncreative tasteless "haha pooh dies" or "haha pooh evil" garbage that people usually make, and is instead relatively accurate to the original spirit of the character, while still having a comedic twist. Absolutely amazed to find a content creator who is aware that this kind of parody is possible

Pooh actually shows some really interesting economical concept. In a time of crisis, instead of hiring freezes and mass lay-offs to show a good face to the investors, the idea of keeping hold of a loyal and competent staff while giving it honey (raises), is, in short-term, very costly, BUT, at long-term, will make your company way more competitive than your competitors who are basically a shadow of their pre-crisis selves, with less motivated, competent staff that's in smaller numbers. Therefore, you will go out of the crisis as a winner. Now, the only problem is to "survive" the economical depression, but Pooh has no problem with that because he's very convincing to his colleagues, advisors (as shown above), and therefore, will have no problem convincing his shareholders and investors to trust him. Good job, Pooh. What a smart and empathic CEO.

10 months ago, he just wanted to stay at the store for honey. Now he has become the CEO of a company. He is a wise man now.

We all need a CEO like Winnie the Pooh.

Let's praise Doobus for reinventing Youtube humor from being cynical and/or edgy to wholesome and silly.

Pooh's act of kindness probably warmed the hearts of everyone at the company, which raised everyone's morale and prompt them to work harder which increased the productivity.

I love how Winnie the Pooh just wants everyone to be happy. And is actually portrayed as his original form. But cuter

this continues to be the best Winnie the Pooh parody. it's always funnier when the character is played completely normally instead of "haha! the beloved childhood character is fucked up and evil now!"

Other "parody" animators: I took a cute kids thing, drew it creepy, covered it in blood and made it say fuck, isn't that funny?
Goobus: What if Winnie the Pooh became a successful CEO because he's too cute for anyone to say no or disappoint him?
Edit: I was specifically talking about meatcanyon when I made this comment, stop saying he's "the exception" he's literally the person I was thinking of when I wrote this lmfao you people are idiots

I like how the comedy comes from the fact that pooh is just as kind as he’s always been and the world changes for the better despite cynicism saying otherwise. What an amazing video.

This...actually made sense. Happier workers = better productivity, lower worker turnaround. Be like Winnie the CEO

I missed people interpreting Pooh as wholesome. After all the edgy parodies it actually became something new again.

Pooh did a genius move. By being compassionate and generous in a crisis, he motivated his employees to move heaven and earth for him.
