Federal judge declares Biden immigration program for spouses of U.S. citizens illegal

My wife and I did it LEGALLY- so can they. What the heck. In response to the misinformed- this is to weed out the real marriages from the fakes. The cost is part of the process and EVERY other 1st world nation has major hoops to go through to get it. That is the point.

In Canada there is no citizenship by marriage. A foreign born spouse must apply for citizenship just like any other legal immigrant seeking to become a citizen of Canada.
