Why Do We Snore?

Snoring can cause sleep disturbance for both the snorers and those around them. If severe it can also be a warning sign for obstructive sleep apnoea, a disease that causes people to intermittently struggle or stop breathing during the night. Receiving help for such sleep related breathing disorders is essential. But don’t worry, snoring and sleep apnoea can be treated!

Happened to me before.
I got ruined by my parents.
I was such a light sleeper but now days i sleep terribly and to block out their snowing i often try to focus on my breathing and i ended up developing a snor through my nostrils(which means i get up with a hurting throat and half of a functioning nostril in the morning usually)
It is Hell.

My Dad snores but not anymore he has a CPAP machine now and it’s working very well for him. And fun fact did you know that even if you could have Sleep Apnea without snoring (although snoring is one of the main symptoms of sleep apnea lol.) and you can snore without actually having sleep apnea. If you guys are wondering how I know this it’s because my Dad told me.

I snore when I’m sick with throat and nose, my mom is both, and dad too, malakai has it from his nose.

It's 3:55 here in LA my husband doesn't stop snoring and if I let him be it gets louder and louder 🙄🙄

Just right now my dog is snoring next to me

My dad always snore at night time when he goes to bad and he also wear the snoring machine to stop him snoring but sometimes he likes to take it out because he says it’s really uncomfortable wearing it while sleeping or he even make some weird noise while he is wearing it :( It’s really annoying and loud ☹️😕😖🥺😩😫
