How can you handle this question Sir : Data for a road shows that rush hour traffic volume is 2400 vehicles per hour ( poison distribution ). how many of the 2400 gaps are expected to be 15 seconds or longer during the rush hour?

in making the table like in 10:30, do you always have to include zero arrival even tho there wasnt any in your observations? or is it right to just include the minimum number of arrival up to the maximum arrival in the table (like for example 2 is your minimum)?
