There is a number to call and have stores blocked from your work zone. Once you have them removed you can no longer add them back to your work zone ... from what I understand any how.

The spark app has a glitch with express orders, if you check in on the app before the order is in "ready" status. When they convert the order from getting ready to ready, your check in information is lost so the workers won't know you are there for the order. Just FYI. If you take an express order, you can't check in until the order is in "ready" status.

I think they should change the delivery window to two hours instead of one for the customers. They don’t want us picking up early because those orders aren’t supposed to be delivered until the next hour so why not make it a two hour window and let us get back earlier. The whole system is frustrating.
