Deaconess i advice you manage a single room for now wai don't give up eb3fa, am a landlady myself and i believe is the building materials that is causing this increment. Building materials are very expensive these days but the amount you are saying for a chamber and hall is too much dear. Keep looking you will get a cheaper one, i pray everything goes well for you

Takoradi is expensive also but they have a better system because there is a honey I buy in Accra it’s 20ghc in Tadi it’s 40ghc, but in Tadi they load Taxis which is good so the transport can be better, Accra the drop in is much.
