If you are serious about losing weight on keto, do IF (intermittent fasting) as well, preferably OMAD (one meal a day).

Been doing keto for around a year now, best choise i've ever made! Not gonna lie - it was hard to ditch all those addictive carbs, especially for a former sweet junkie. But after few months your body gets used to fats and actually prefers them over carbs. I've cured myself of many long term health problems i've had for years and my health has never been better! Cognitive capabilities are at my best, overall feeling and digestion too and extensive blood markers shower literally perfect scores. Occasionally when i train really hard my body actually prefers some more carbs (up to 100g per day) and i stay in ketosis without any problems. Honestly, keto is not for everyone. Same as high carb vegan stuff isn't for everyone. But for my body - THIS IS IT!

I just started, i definitely feel less hungry during the day, sometimes i just eat once a day, i am feeling less bloated and it just been three days, the insomnia is bad, i’ve never had this problem before, now it’s 1 am and i am 👀 good to see it is working 😁
