Sometimes I think people are insincere when it comes to their apologies. Instead of treating others with respect up front, they are rude and demeaning. They only apologize when they get caught and risk missing out on something they feel entitled to. That girl having to repeat Biology would have humbled her. A trait much appreciated in Nurses.
