STEAK PASTA!!!!

Hey yall! Here’s a quick steak pasta recipe! .. I reverse sear my steaks because this method makes even the cheapest cut of steak tender and amazing!! If you have a problem with cooking steak.. the reversed seared method will help you! The steak is tender and juicy each time!!! Trust me . Once you do it this was you won’t turn back!! .. and once you pan sear it .. you can cut Into it immediately!!!

Steak ( cut of choice) I used a top sirloin filet.. it was cheap!
1 box Pasta of choice ( I used linguine)
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup beef stock
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Seasoning of choice ( I used my sopped up seasoning!! Available on my website)
Fresh spinach..
1 tsp garlic
1 stick of butter ..
