Yes this is how much we have produced since the industrial age began how ever a few things are not noted in this simulation, the #1 it dose not show how much comes from volcanos and other burning substances, #2 it dose not show how much is absorbed broken down and dissipating do to nature and its natural system, #3 true pollution and earth ecosystems damage is purely do to our treatment of the oceans and forests by dumping our waste in them while taking everything from it.
