Maroulosalata: Greek lettuce salad

Maroulosalata is a Greek lettuce salad with iceberg or romaine lettuce, herbs, feta cheese.

Ingredients:
1 iceberg lettuce or romaine lettuce
4 spring onions, sliced
10g dill, finely chopped
100g Greek feta cheese

Dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar or red wine vinegar
Juice of small lemon
salt, pepper to taste
