The fact that Magolor gets most of the spotlight in this wave is delightful. For my first ever Kirby game, Kirby: Return to Dreamland must always be remembered!

One difference between this theme and the original is that this theme feels a lot more heroic than villainous, this was intentional.

After the events of Return to Dreamland, Magolor cleaned himself up.
He built Kirby a theme park, attends Kirby's plays (100% RTDL + Triple Deluxe) and helped him with the battle against Void
Magolor became no longer a villain.

I think 0:55 shows this best, the use of the Main Menu theme (i.e Magolor's leitmotif) in the original theme was very unsettling and was used to drive home the fact that Magolor was evil the entire time.
Here it's very heroic, a beautiful representation of Magolor's arc.

That Sky Tower part made me feel heavy emotions man ;-; Return to Dreamland was my first Kirby game and this music makes all the memories flood back.

Due to the amount of tracks they put in here, I'd moreso call this a Kirby's Return to Dream Land Medley as opposed to just a C-R-O-W-N-E-D Medley.

Magolor: I don't really like to bring this up, but I've been on your side of this situation before. I had unlimited power at my disposal. I thought I was unstoppable. But Kirby and his friends stopped me and brought me to my senses. With that I learned that with friendship, I could do so much more than that stupid crown led me to think. With that being said...

If you can't stop me now, what makes you think you'll have a chance when my best friend and I work together?
