Don’t forget the Auriza Hero’s Grave. That’s where you get a full set of Crucible Knight armor, and the Tree Sentinel armor set, too! You know, the Golden Knight on horseback you encounter at the very start of the game?

For the black flame monk set its easier to farm from the site of grace of the first boss of the Volcano area, you just spawn from the boss's site turn around and there is one stood right outside the boss room, back stab -> charged R2 wake up for easy/fast kill then return to site and go again.

I went to a much later game area for the express purpose of getting the Raging Wolf gear. I absolutely love the variety of styles in this game though, from norse fantasy style to extravagant robes to killer samurai gear and more. There's fashion for every style of build

Eaiser way to get the rot set is the dungeon after radhaan on the north if the beach. The first room there is a massive battle going on where the enemies respawn constantly. Also great for tune farming.

As cool as these sets are, my favorite is the Kaiden set that you can find and farm as early as Limgrave. The northern mercenaries' style is rugged, yet regal, perfect for an aspiring Elden Lord. The only downside I see is that the chest piece can't be altered, so anyone who doesn't care for the fur cloak is out of luck.

If your going for a strength or quality build, definitely recommend veterans set has great stats and gives additional poise as well

Note for anyone getting the bloodrot armor set there is an invasion nearby that can be a bit difficult. Otherwise its very doable at early levels.

I also recommend Kuckoo armor as another heavy armor set that you can get very early.

You can sort of cheese the nights cavalry if you lead them away from the convoy you’ll find a sweet spot where they’ll turn back and let you attack them, be careful not to go too far though because they’ll despawn (note they will retaliate but free dmg and you can just dodge, they should lose aggro after a bit [ps: make sure you maintain the distance as the convoy moves ])

i got the tree sentinel armor set earlier today. i love it so much, because it’s both really good statistically AND it looks great. it’s a win-win!

I honestly think the Hoslow armor is the coolest looking set in the game.

There's just something so menacing and cool about it to me.

For the white Reed armor that isn't an invasion. It's another snail. Right after you drop turn around. The snail should be doing the summoning motion if you drop immediately

i also suggest the raptor's black feathers set if you want a bloodborne vibe, it looks very similar to eileen's armor. You can find it in sage's cave behind some illusory walls. best looking armor by far imo

There's a much easier way of farming blackflame monk set, go to temple of eiglay at volcano manor (you need to have defeated godskin noble for this grace). You can backstab 1 monk for days. It took a long ass time for me to obtain the chest armor piece, it seems to be by far the rarest out of the armor set.

With the black knife armor you can put some knight helmets on it and the hood will cover them. The fingerprint helmet and the eccentric helmet(altered) work

You can farm blackflame armor much easier than this by going to the place you fought the godskin noble in volcano manor and then just heading outside and down the stairs there's a blackflame knight right there who you can easily farm to your heart's content :)
