And NEVER look anyway on her and yell, "OH MY GOD!!"
My one co-worker had her husband do that!
Freaked her out completely as you can imagine!
The nurse had just left after checking her.
She was at 5 CM. Zero station. She was told maybe 3-4 more hours.
She had the next contraction but just after that she said she felt something.
She asked her husband to look & see if the babies head was there.
Her husband looked and yelled OMG.
OMG?? OMG, WHAT??
He ran for the door and started grabbing a guy walking in the hallway. The poor guy was the janitor!!
Then he saw their nurse, he yells her uterus is coming out!! Hurry!
The nurses ran into the room and the head nurse said, "Sir, that is the babies head!"
She told the other nurse get the doctor NOW!
The poor thing was panting and was not pushing at first, but baby had other ideas! The nurse finally said okay, we don't have time to wait on the doctor & out slide the baby boy!
He was bald as a que ball and I guess to her husband, it looked like her uterus was coming out!
