Fire Emblem returns with Fire Emblem Warriors. It's set in the same universe as Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and is expected to release in June 2022 for the Nintendo Switch.

I have been clamouring for a mid-timeskip warriors game for so long. It's not exactly what we're getting but I'm pumped to see the trio again.

I have never been more hyped for a game in my entire life. Three Houses was literally my favorite game of all time.

Three Houses was based on Three Kingdoms, Dynasty Warriors was also based on Three Kingdoms, we have gone full circle guys!

It's not what I was hoping for, but it is in the wheelhouse of things I enjoy. The way I look at it, a new Fire Emblem Warriors set in the Three Houses setting is a welcome surprise. As for what Intelligent Systems is working on lately, that'll remain a mystery for now. As far as I can tell they don't have anything else on their plate right now, so a new Fire Emblem something is practically a forgone conclusion. Presumably there's just nothing they're ready to show for now.

gotta say the scene at 1:11 has me hyped. i really wished Claude & Dimitri properly teamed up in Azure Moon instead of Claude just peacing out and it looks like they'll be on the same side for at least a little while.

also i find it kinda funny that some of the first characters confirmed for the game are freaking Judith & Randolph of all people. no telling if they'll be playable but it's kinda funny having them confirmed before like 90% of the actual playable cast.

The biggest question right now is, does this just take place in the 5 years that was skipped or is this a new time line like in age of calamity?

This is going to be like Age of Calamity. It will have good moments, will allow us to change things we couldn't in Three Houses, but the overall story will be lacking. I'm looking forward to it though.

Wondering who is the main antagonist of this timeline? Could it be Rhea, TWSITD, or someone new? Imagine if Byleth was somehow the main antagonist? Doesn't matter cause I'm so definitely going to buy this game!

I remember having so much hype for Three Houses originally(that and my 500+ hours at this point of the game 😅). I can’t say I’m as hyped as I was a for Three Houses but this does make me a little giddy waiting for it’s release
