I listened to this while trying to figure out what i needed. Therapy, parental affection. (Since I think I have depression, anxiety, ADHD...) Took like 2 weeks to figure out i just needed a friend to hug...but i have moderately severe trust issues..! And it's because of my parents that i have them. And that 1 friend who left me when my social anxiety started to rise in 6th grade. 8th grade no friends, depressed, nobody notices. A day lasts a week....

I love how it feels and speaks to me when I feel bad, it's like a comforting friend after you get hurt...I love the way it sounds its soothing to the mind and helps me calm down the part "Did you get enough love my little dove why do you cry?" Part gets me all the time. It's real but almost like a dream where you can't have sadness and you can just relax it helps me sleep we're all gonna die.

Hi I don't really know what I'm doing here. But I just want to say a few things I never did say to anyone. But I feel like I should have oh, so here I am at 3 in the morning posting a comment on my favorite song. This is a poem I wrote called -Grab it. It's like an addiction. Something anything goes wrong? Grab it. Grab that box cutter. Grab that lighter. Grab that screw. When anything goes wrong you go for that box of harmful objects. That box has been more comforting than any person ever has been. Because that burning/ hurting sensation that's it. That's what I want to feel. That rush when everything goes downhill. Like when you're so numb you can barely feel. So you do it. The world goes silent. To feel something, anything.
