• OSPF stand for Open Shortest path first
• OSPF is an open standard routing protocol that’s been implemented by a wide variety of network vendors, including Cisco
• It’s a link state protocol
• OSPF works by using the Dijkstra algorithm , First, a shortest path tree is constructed, and
• Then the routing table is populated with the resulting best paths.
• Unlimited hop count
• Metric is cost (cost=10 ^8/B.W.)
• Administrative distance is 110
• It is a classless routing protocol
• It supports VLSM and CIDR

During the OSPF states explanation [ timing 4:04] the diagram is showing 244.0.0.5 which should be 224.0.0.5. apart from that you have explained the concepts very good.

OSPF has 8 stages. You forgot to put the "Attempt" state. Down, Attempt, Initiate, Two-way, Exstart, Exstate, Load, and Full
