Did you know that you can make super simple and delicious lilac syrup that you can use for a cooling drink or cocktail that tastes and smells heavenly ? 🥰 🍹

🇬🇧 Recipe
📝Ingredients:
⭐️ 60 gr lilac flowers
⭐️ 250 gr sugar
⭐️ 400 ml water
⭐️ Two lemon slices
⭐️ 4-5 blueberries (optional just to add some color to the syrup)
▶️ Instructions :
1- Pick the lilac flowers and try not to get any leaves or stems, otherwise it will be bitter. Rinse thoroughly and strain.
2- Boil water, sugar and lemon slice until the sugar has dissolved. Add the flowers and a couple of blueberries, let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
Strain and let cool.
Lilac drink: Mix some lilac syrup with cold water and ice, ready ✅
You can also use this syrup for your summer cocktails 🍹🥰
