During an appearance on The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz, Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa calls out former head coach and current Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores on his mistreatment, saying quote: "You have a terrible person that’s telling you things that you don’t want to hear or that you probably shouldn’t be hearing, you’re going to start to believe that about yourself." Colin Cowherd reacts to Tua's comments, explaining how this further proves Flores is a true "Belichick guy" and not in a positive way. He breaks down the bigger picture of what it means if Bo Nix excels with the Denver Broncos and Russell Wilson flops with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Was anyone else disappointed when Collinsworth got on and didn’t start with, “Now here’s a guy…”

I’m old enough to remember when Flores was fired from Miami and Collin was one of the few people saying the dolphins were idiots for letting Flores go.

Cowherd was so pro Brian Flores his entire time in Miami. Its hilarious watching him pretend like he wasn’t saying Flores was a top 3 coach in the league.

Flores even stopped talking with his assistant coaches by mid November. He created a lot of problems in the Dolphins building. Not only Tua. That was the main reason no assistant coaches wanted to come to Miami. So he needed to put 2 guys as Offensive coach as committee.

Old enough to remember Cris Colinsworth say Daniel Jones was Mahomes like last year. I can’t take him seriously

One Belichick guy was absent from Colin's analysis of the situation. Eric Mangini. I wonder why., could it be because he works at Fox and is a guest on his show.

We heard bills record without Brady, what’s Payton’s record without Brees? Shouldn’t we compare them equally?

Difference is Flores hated the Player. Hard coaching is different.

The idea that Pete Carroll was in his "prime years" during any of his Seattle coaching years is a pretty hilarious take. 😂 Your 60s are now your "prime years"? 😂

Boy, folks are quick to jump. The owner wanted Brady and wanted Flores to conspire with him which Flores wouldn’t do. Flores was fighting an owner who tried to pay him to lose. People forget the owner was actively undermining him. And by the way, take Tyreek Hill away and let’s see.

It's called old school coaching, all the guys who coached under Bill Parcells and now Belichick are cut from the same cloth.

I’m adopting this term. “Bellichik guys” is a good one. It’s so accurate

The goat had to deal with similar treatment his whole career. Being told he wasn’t good enough wasn’t new to him. Even way before playing with Bill. Now Tua on the other hand was highly recruited out of high school and there was even the whole “Tank for Tua” thing. So I can imagine when you’ve been told you’re Gods gift to earth and all of a sudden you’re not being put on that pedestal anymore it can hurt your feelings. People are just built differently
