In the Philippines, we usually eat these with a mix of vinegar, calamansi juice and bird's eye chilies. It's divine with roasted seafood. 💖

oohhh we call this “lato” in the Philippines! it’s usually combined with tomatoes, red onions, bagoong (fermented shrimp), white vinegar, salt and pepper to make a salad. it’s super good with grilled squid or fish! 😋
